Sidi Muhammad al-Jamal has just informed us that:
Eid al-Fitr will be Friday, September 10th, 2010
There is no Tarawih prayers on Thursday night & no fasting on Friday.
Make sure to pay Zakat al-Fitr before the Eid Prayer!
There will be no Jumu'ah prayer at the SSC, everyone prays Dhuhr instead.

Everyone is Welcome to Attend!
9:00 – 9:30 am Parade
9:30 – 10:00 am Takbirat (Dhikr)
10:00 - 11:00 am Eid Prayer & Sermon
11:00 - 1:00pm Eid Feast (Potluck)
2:00pm Dhuhr (not Jumu’ah)

The SSC will provide the basics:
Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, & cranberries
Local community could bring:
Stuffing, veggies, salad, fruit, bread/rolls, juice/soft drinks, or desert
